답변이 늦었네요^^

If we give no one his dislike of piano lessons as  (he was) a child의 수동태문장인듯합니다.
즉 If no one is given his dislike of piano lessons as (he was) a child 에서 문장을 간단히 만들기위해 접속사 if를 생략하고 주어 no one 생략, 또 동사 is의 원형be에 ing을 붙이면 Being이 되는데 Being은 생략된 형태이다. 보통 분사구문이라고한다.

해섯하자면>그가 아이였을 때 피아노 레슨을 싫어했다는  사실을 알려준다면(give)
no one could have predicted
>that he would become one of the most important composers of his time.
아무도 그가 그의 시대에 가장중요한 작곡가들 중에 한사람이 될 것인가를 예측할 수 없었을 것이다.
